By accessing or using Doyouplay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Doyouplay is a California‑based software platform (web, iOS, and Android) that helps adults locate nearby tennis players and arrange matches. We do not own or operate tennis courts, nor do we supervise or employ users.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Doyouplay you represent that you meet these requirements.

Physical activity—including tennis—carries inherent risk of injury or property damage. By meeting or playing with others through Doyouplay, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and release Doyouplay and its owners, agents, and affiliates from any liability related to such activities.
No Endorsement – We do not verify skill level or character of users.
Service Accuracy – Court availability and user information may not be up‑to‑date.
Third‑Party Facilities – We are not liable for conditions, fees, or disputes at any court.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doyouplay's total liability will not exceed $100.
You will defend and indemnify Doyouplay, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) interactions with other users, or (c) violation of these Terms.
PLEASE READ:
You and Doyouplay agree that any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California, under JAMS Streamlined Rules. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for behavior we deem harmful.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
