This Privacy Policy explains how Doyouplay ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and mobile apps.

2. Information We Collect

Analyze usage trends via Google Analytics

4. Sharing of Information

Other users – Profile details and messages you choose to share.
Service providers – Cloud hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), authentication (Apple, Google).
Legal compliance – When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers – In the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only while your account is active. When you delete your account (in-app or by emailing us) we permanently erase personal data from our active systems and backups within 30 days.

Delete – Use the in-app "Delete Account" option or email us.
Opt-out of analytics – Enable "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" (Android).

7. California Privacy Notice

Doyouplay currently falls below the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) mandatory. Nevertheless, California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information via the methods above.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.

9. Children

Doyouplay is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover a user under 18, we will delete the account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.
